RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept Cancelling a transaction or returns on full priced items within 14 days of receipt. The cost of the cancellation fee is 5%. If the product is damaged, no cancellation fee will be charged .Items must have original tags attached and show no signs of wear. Please contact us at shop@shainastyle.co.il o begin the process.

Any items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned for credit. 

The product will be returned at the customer’s expense.
